The Health Ombud says there’s no evidence that workplace bullying or poor working conditions directly caused the deaths of doctors at KwaZulu-Natal public hospitals. In the case of Tumelo Ggaladi, he was found to have undisclosed mental health issues. The doctor was working at Addington Hospital and was off duty at the time of his death.
