Thousands of stranded Malawian nationals will spend the night at the Musina Showgrounds, near the Beitbridge Border, after spending the day queueing at the Home Affairs office. The group of more than 8,000 people arrived in Musina on Monday and spent the night sleeping on the concrete outside the Home Affairs office. They are seeking the necessary documents to leave South Africa, as well as final biometric verification from the department.
