Mabuchi Kumwenda, Philip Chanza and Thandie Phiri appeared in the Musina Magistrate’s Court today on charges of drug dealing, money laundering, acquiring proceeds of crime and possession of illicit goods. The trio was arrested at the Beitbridge Border Post last week while allegedly transporting methaqualone (Abba) worth an estimated R34 million.
