The National Prosecuting Authority says uMkhonto WeSizwe Party chief whip, Mmabatho Mokoena-Zondi has to follow strict conditions while out on bail.
Mokoena-Zondi is accused of hiring four people, and instructing them to pay what she called "donations" to the party, and allegedly used the money for personal gain. #eNCA
