The owners of a North West farm where a multi-million-rand illegal drug lab was discovered have handed themselves over to police. On Friday morning, the pair appeared in the Swartruggens Magistrates Court alongside 11 other accused, including foreign nationals, who were arrested during a raid on the property earlier this month.
