The bail application of Matipandile Sotheni in the Brakpan Regional Court has been postponed to Friday after the accused raised concerns about the lack of an isiXhosa interpreter. Proceedings were interrupted when Sotheni told the court he could not fully understand the Zulu interpretation while his lawyer was reading a supplementary affidavit into the record.
