National Director of Public Prosecutions, Andy Mothibi says that Mkhuseli Ntaba did not arrive at the Joe Sibanyoni extortion trial on Monday because he felt unsafe.
The NPA have placed the prosecutor on suspension after the court found him in contempt of court and issued him with a warrant of arrest.
Mothibi confirms that investigations into the incident are still ongoing. #eNCA
