An application for the recusal of evidence leader, Advocate Matthew Chaskalson SC, has been lodged.
Political fixer, Brown Mogotsi has alleged that Madlanga Commission evidence leader, Matthew Chaskalson urged him to implicate businessman, Carrim Sulliman in his testimony, claiming Sulliman was "out to get him".
Mogotsi further claims he was assured by Chaskalson that he would be shielded from any repercussions by the commission.
The application will be heard in two weeks, after affidavits and replies have been submitted. #eNCA
