'Big Five cartel to be neutralised soon' - Mkhwanazi

KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner, General Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi says they are closing in on the so-called "Big Five" cartel.

It allegedly infiltrated the SAPS and the political sphere, using the systems for their own benefit.

The "Big Five" is also believed to be behind several contract killings and drug trafficking. #eNCA
