The Economic Freedom Fighters in Tshwane have rejected claims that they are implicated in alleged tender fraud.
Evidence presented before the Madlanga Commission has linked the EFF and ActionSA to alleged tender manipulation in the city.
Police officer, Fannie Nkosi said TMPD deputy chief Umashi Dhlamini compiled a list of seven preferred companies for a contract.
