Matipandile Sotheni will return to court next Wednesday. He’s accused of killing the Madlanga Commission’s Witness D. Marius ‘Vlam’ van der Merwe was gunned down in December outside his Brakpan home. Sotheni was a former cop and part of the elite Special Task Force. Police say the accused works for a prominent businessman accused of tax evasion and cigarette smuggling. #dstv403
