‘He taught us the meaning of public service’ – Mosiuoa ‘Terror’ Lekota laid to rest

Struggle stalwart and Congress of the People (COPE) leader Mosiuoa Lekota has been laid to rest in Bloemfontein. His Special Official Funeral Category Two was attended by family, friends, political leaders and members of the public, who gathered to pay their final respects. Lekota, a veteran of the anti-apartheid struggle and former defence minister, died in a Johannesburg hospital after a prolonged illness.
