At least five more people have been arrested in connection with the major R10 million insurance fraud scheme in Polokwane. They’re linked to former police sergeant Rachel Kutumela. She’s accused of masterminding a scheme that targeted vulnerable, disabled and mentally challenged individuals. The raid is continuing and more suspects are expected to be cuffed. #dstv403
