Desperate families were packed and ready to send their drug-addicted loved ones to rehab. They flocked to the launch of the Gauteng government’s anti-substance abuse campaign, Tswa Daar! Premier Panyaza Lesufi said the fight against drugs is a moral duty, not a financial decision.
He’s vowed that the government will spare no effort to prevent youth from becoming addicted.
