Authorities are struggling to explain why a team of senior police officers have not yet left for France. They were expected to travel to Paris to investigate the death of Ambassador Nathi Mthethwa. The former Cabinet Minister’s body was found at the foot of the Hyatt Regency Hotel. His family are travelling to the city to repatriate the body.
