Guilty as charged. That’s the verdict of the East London Magistrate’s Court, in convicting EFF leader Julius Malema on all five charges he was facing. These include reckless endangerment of discharging a firearm in public. Malema told his supporters gathered outside court that he will appeal, accusing the magistrate of racism and appeasing Afriforum, the complainant in the case.
