The judicial commission of inquiry into criminality, political interference, and corruption in the criminal justice system, otherwise known as the Madlanga Commission of Inquiry, starts today. The first witness expected to take the stand is KZN police commissioner Lt-Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi.
