The attempted murder case against alleged crime boss Vusimuzi "Cat" Matlala has been postponed to 2 September 2025. The businessman is accused of orchestrating a 2023 hit on his ex-girlfriend, socialite Tebogo Thobejane, and faces charges including attempted murder, conspiracy to commit murder and money laundering.
