Shoprite did not follow proper protocol to deal with theft. Those are the words of Moeketsi Tsotetsi, uncle to the deceased Bandile Shabalala, who died after being locked in a cold room allegedly by a Shoprite employee. The family is now seeking legal counsel to help them take action against the store.
