Convicted murderer and rapist Thabo Bester is expected to appear in the Bloemfontein Magistrates’ Court in the Free State, this morning. Bester, together with his girlfriend Dr Nandipha Magudumana returned to South Africa yesterday morning, after their arrest in Tanzania last Friday.
