Eskom has ramped up load shedding to stage three until 4pm this afternoon. Thereafter, stage five load shedding will be implemented until 5am tomorrow morning (Wednesday). Last week Electricity Minister, Dr Kgosientsho Ramokgopa, assured the nation that his department is hard at work to ensure load shedding levels are brought down this winter. The Minister embarked on a two-week diagnostic visit to 18 power stations across the country. Dr Ramokgopa now joins us virtually to talk about the state of Eskom.
