The Special Tshwane Council sitting that was expected to take place this morning has been cancelled. The meeting was called to deliberate over the resignation of Tshwane Mayor Randal Williams.Williams resigned on Monday. His two contradicting resignation letters were suppose to be at the centre of today’s sitting.
