Domain has released its Rent Report for the December quarter, showing it has been a record-breaking year for the rental market.
Domain’s Chief of Research and Economics Dr Nicola Powell says a slower pace of quarterly growth was seen towards the end of 2022.
“I think the fact that it is still a landlords market, we’re likely to continue to see rents rise,” Dr Powell told Sky News Australia.
