Former Liberal MP Dr Katie Allen says it is “very clear” the Victorian state election is a referendum on Premier Daniel Andrews.
She said there will be some “surprising results” in some seats.
“I think the areas to watch in Victoria, in particular in this election, will be the outer east seats,” she told Sky News Australia.
“I think there’s pretty reasonable evidence there’s a lot of anger against Daniel Andrews.”
