Former Labor MP Michael Danby says he expects Labor to form a “minority government” in the Victorian state election.
“He will hope that if he goes into a minority government, he does it with other independents,” Mr Danby told Sky News Australia.
“The millennials overwhelmingly vote Labor or Greens whatever the economic circumstances, whatever the views of lockdown.”
