Russian President Vladimir Putin has declared martial law in four regions of Ukraine it illegally annexed.
Russian forces are experiencing significant setbacks as the military commander admits troops are struggling against a fierce Ukrainian resistance.
“Ukrainians aren’t just resisting the Russian army – they are beating the Russian army right around the country,” Australian Financial Review Special Correspondent Misha Zelinsky told Sky News Australia.
