Treasurer Jim Chalmers has warned the cost of the stage three tax cuts has grown by $11 billion.
The tax cuts are expected to come into effect in 2024.
The stage three tax cuts were originally forecast to cost $243 billion and are now forecast to cost $245 billion.
Despite receiving pressure to abandon the tax cuts in the forthcoming budget, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese has already said the government has no intentions to drop the policy.
