Fullstop Australia CEO Hayley Foster says NSW Attorney-General Mark Speakman’s has not got his draft bill into criminalising coercive control in New South Wales right, “its not even close”.
“There are fundamental problems with this draft bill,” Ms Foster told Sky News Australia.
“We are well and truly ready to work with you and alongside you to make sure this an effective law with all the systems that wrap around it.”
