The inquiry has ruled that while there is no legal impediment in calling the President, witnesses must testify on relevant information to its work to test the veracity of misconduct and incompetence allegations against Mkhwebane. However, Mkhwebane’s legal team is set to legally challenge that inquiry’s decision.
