The Democratic Alliance in Tshwane says there is nothing untoward about an unsolicited R26 billion Energy Procurement bid that Mayor Randall Williams allegedly tried to interfere with. Action SA and the ANC in Tshwane have accused Williams of corruption after a voice recording of him trying to convince Tshwane officials to process the bid, was leaked. The ANC and Action SA have have called on law enforcement agencies to investigate the mayor. Bongani Baloyi is Action SA’s Gauteng Provincial Chairperson.
