A 44-year-old Limpopo man who lives with a chronic condition cannot access health care due to not having an Identity Document.
Oupa Nkuna from Josefa village outside Malamulele is unable to obtain an ID as his parents died when he was a child and he doesn’t have the necessary documents to apply for an ID.
