REA Group Economist Paul Ryan says they saw about 12 per cent fewer listings in July than in June of this year.
“We see there’s fewer kind of listings in winter, and this year’s no different,” Mr Ryan told Sky News Business Reporter Edward Boyd.
“We saw about 12 per cent fewer listings in July than we did in June this year, but this is actually a pretty strong winter.
“So, we’ve had about 6.5 per cent more listings in July this year than we had last year.”
