It has emerged that suspended Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane is not allowed by the institution to have access to her work emails while still on suspension. Mkhwebane’s lawyer Advocate Dali Mpofu revealed this before the Section 194 Committee in Parliament. The committee has started the process to investigate Mkhwebane’s fitness to hold office.
