Buffalo City Metro in the Eastern Cape has launched a campaign to ensure the safety of patrons at establishments where alcohol is sold.
The Metro is also calling on these businesses to implement strict access control, even insisting on checking patron IDs. The move follows the Enyobeni tavern tragedy where 21 teenagers died two weeks ago.
