Land disputes over land acquired through the land restitution programme continue to cause rifts between Communal Property Associations and beneficiaries in the Northern Cape. CPA and beneficiaries of Pniel Estate in Barkley West, are currently at loggerheads. The bone of contention, beneficiaries accuse CPA members of enriching themselves.
