Focus on policy discussions will be top of mind at the resumption of the ANC’s 14th Provincial conference. The province, which had elected the top five with Panyaza Lesufi at the helm, had failed to conclude its business two weeks ago.The hotly contested conference was marred by delays, bogus delegates, a court interdict and quarantine votes.It will now take place this weekend at the Birchwood Hotel in Benoni.
