Concerns around the scourge of underage drinking took center stage during President Cyril Ramaphosa’s address at the mass funeral of the Enyobeni Tavern victims in Scenery Park, East London. The president stated that there was blame to be laid at the feet of establishments that sell alcohol to the future of South Africa.
