The assault case against EFF leader Julius Malema and party MP Mbuyiseni Ndlozi being heard in the Randburg Magistrate’s Court has been postponed to September 29 for judgment.
Ndlozi earlier testified the incident at the entrance of the Fourways Memorial Park could have been avoided if Lt-Col Johannes Venter had simply respected the law. The alleged incident happened at the funeral of Winne Madikizela-Mandela in April 2018.
