Analysts argue that the question of how private capital or interests were able to capture the State is not a competition between President Cyril Ramaphosa and former President Jacob Zuma. The lesson however, is to question how our institutions were not able to withstand the capture.
This comes after the release of the fifth and final report into State Capture on Wednesday.
