
Former President Jacob Zuma’s faction in the ANC has been found to have enabled state capture in the Commission of Inquiry’s final instalment.
The report states that the most dominant political faction, the ANC under President Zuma, permitted, supported and enabled corruption and state capture during his reign. ANC President Cyril Ramaphosa, and his predecessor Zuma, have been at loggerheads over the Commission and its direction.
