The role and design of Parliament in playing an oversight role must be reviewed. And the institution does not have to wait for President Cyril Ramaphosa to deliver the State Capture Commission of Inquiry final report before any action can be taken. This is the view of legal analysts as the release of the final State Capture Report has been postpone to Wednesday.
