Parliament Fire | Zandile Mafe's case transferred to the Western Cape High Court for pre-trial

The court case against alleged parliament arsonist, Zandile Mafe, has been transferred to the Western Cape High Court for pre-trial proceedings on the 12th of August. Mafe was served with an indictment and a summary of facts that entail his formal charges that include housebreaking to commit theft, two counts of arson and terrorism. Outstanding damage and arson reports were also finalized and submitted to the court.
