Crime in SA | Concern over mass killings

Western Cape police are investigating a mass shooting following the death of four foreign nationals in Khayelitsha last night. While the motive is unclear, police suspect this may be linked to extortion crimes. The total number of people killed in mass shootings is up to 26 since March of this year. Meanwhile, the Somali community board of South Africa says the killing of shop owners is concerning as seven Somalis and two Malawians have been killed in five days across the province. eNCA’s Nobesuthu Hejana reports.
