The National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has confirmed that the Director of Public Prosecutions in KwaZulu-Natal has issued Jacob Zuma with a nolle prosequi certificate. This happens when the NPA has declined to prosecute in a particular case, for a party that has an interest to pursuing private prosecution.
