Historian Professor Toyin Falola delivered the 12th Annual Thabo Mbeki Africa Day Lecture.
It is hosted by the Thabo Mbeki African School of Public and International Affairs, a joint initiative of the University of South Africa and the former president’s foundation.
The theme for this year’s lecture is "’The African Union at 20”.
