Communities on the KwaZulu-Natal coast this weekend watched with trepedation as more heavy rains fell over the area.
Roads were once again flooded and in Umdloti north of Durban people had to be rescued from their homes.
This comes after last month’s floods, that claimed the lives of some 440 people.
But, can the province recover?
