President Cyril Ramaphosa has paid tribute to the late former Johannesburg Executive Mayor Mpho Moerane as one of a kind, who knew his task and did an excellent job.
The number one citizen says Moerane had clear plans for every part of the City of Johannesburg. He knew all its problems and had solutions, something many mayors lack.
Moerane was laid to rest today and honoured by his family, friends, comrades and community members of Alexandra Township.
