One youth development centre in the North West, formerly run by Bosasa, is in disarray. The centre is now under the Social Development Department.
It houses youth who have severe behavioural challenges and are in conflict with the law. On Wednesday, security guards blocked the entrance of Matlosana Youth and Child Centre over non-payment. They claim they haven’t been paid for over three months. Nqobile Madlala has this story. #DStv403
