Last night, our very own Leanne Manas was honoured by France – which bestowed on her, a national order of merit, for her outstanding contribution to Journalism and her humanitarian work with refugees across the continent. The National Order of Merit, as awarded by the French President, recognises services and contributions rendered to France, by nationals as well as foreigners who have distinguished themselves by their merits.
