Former Springbok captain John Smit took part in the iconic mountain biking stage race the KAP sani2c. Riders took on 260kms of trails from Underberg to Scottburgh in KZN. Smit and the SA Rugby Legends Association did the Adventure version of the event which covers the same trails over three days. He speaks to Morena Mothupi. #DStv403
